3. Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis and are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

- Ensure that pets do not interfere with maintenance activities
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and health of your garden, we are not liable for any unforeseen damages or plant loss due to natural causes, pests, or diseases.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled promptly.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Battersea.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
